Information we collect
We collect the information you give us directly — your name, email address, phone number and anything you tell us about your agency or your clients when you book a call, submit a form, or email us. We also collect standard technical information automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, referring page and how you move through the site.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, deliver work you've engaged us for, send you information you've asked for, and improve the site. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers we need in order to operate — hosting, email, analytics and payment processing.
Client information
When you engage us as a white-label partner, we may process information about your clients on your behalf. That information belongs to you and your client. We do not contact your clients, market to them, or use their information for any purpose beyond delivering the work you've asked us to do.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses cookies for basic functionality and, where enabled, privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
Data retention
We keep enquiry and project information for as long as we need it to provide the service and meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we'll action it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information in our care. No system is perfectly secure, and we won't pretend otherwise.
